4.2 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose
- Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Service without prior written authorisation
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, its servers, or any related systems or networks
- Introduce viruses, malware, or any other harmful code into the Service
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service by automated means
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this licence.
6. Webinars and Live Sessions
Certain features of the Service involve live broadcasts and interactive sessions. By participating, you acknowledge that:
- Sessions may be recorded and made available to registered participants or for archival purposes
- Your contributions during live sessions, including chat messages and questions, may be visible to other participants
- You must not record, capture, or redistribute any live session content without our prior written consent
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to live sessions and accept no liability for technical disruptions beyond our reasonable control
7. Fees and Payment
7.1 Paid Services
Some features of the Service may require payment. All fees are stated at the point of purchase and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified.
7.2 Refunds
Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis and subject to our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We reserve the right to decline refund requests where access to content has already been granted or consumed.
